The law firm CN & Avocats was founded by Carine Nsiona. She holds a law degree from the University of Vienna (J.D. equivalent) and is admitted as attorney-at-law at the Vienna Bar.

Carine started her career in the legal department of Japan Tobacco International, where she was in charge of designing and drafting of commercial contracts. Following this experience , she pursued her career in renowned business law firms in Vienna – SCWP Schindhelm and Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH – where she acquired strong expertise in the field of general business law and M&A and was actively involved in multi-jurisdictional restructuring projects of international groups of companies.

Today, Carine Nsiona continues to put her legal skills and expertise at the service of her clients within CN & Avocats and guarantees them cutting-edge expertise and required standard of law firm operations.

CN & Avocats cooperates with a number of specialized independent attorneys to deliver specific expertise and capacity needs.

Before moving to Austria in 2006, Carine lived in France where she studied at the University of Paris III Sorbonne Nouvelle and obtained a degree in Applied Foreign Languages (German, English). Carine is therefore able to advise her clients in German, English and in French while taking into consideration cultural specifics.
